Booking

To book your stay with us, please either phone us on 01202 290891 or email us at enquiries@woodlodgehotel.co.uk to check availability for the dates you would like to stay.

Please note that from the beginning of July until the end of September we have a three night minimum booking policy.

If we have plenty of availbility around the dates you are interested in, we can send a booking form out to you in the post, that you can return to us with your completed details on, and exact dates of your stay.  For busy periods, we can reserve the room by email or phone.

For a one night booking we ask a deposit of £10.00 per person, anything over one night we ask £20.00 deposit per person.  This can be paid by cheque or by card (details of which you can phone through to us or email).  Please understand that this deposit is non-refundable.

Whilst awaiting deposit we can hold the room for you for a maximum of 7 days, except in particularly busy periods, which we will advise you of.  Once we have received the deposit we will send you a written confirmation, either by post or email if you'd prefer.

You may pay the balance of your stay whenever is convenient to you, but we would ask if you could please try to avoid meal times.

Our cancellation policy - We ask that should you need to cancel your booking you notify us at least 72 hours before your arrival date, so that we have every opportunity to re-let the room.  If we are not notified in time, we reserve the right to charge up to two-thirds of the total cost of your stay.  We advise that you take out holiday insurance to prevent any costs if you do need to cancel within the 72 hours.  We have an leaflet on appropriate insurance that we can send you at your request.
